In any group, communication is the key to success. Without proper communication people don't know what you are thinking and you don't know what others are thinking, leading to confusion and assumptions which are never good. To ensure the [CIA] has proper communication throughout the agency, we have created a meeting room in order to host meetings. Meetings can be used for many reasons such as to announce something important, to the introduction of a new rule, even to discuss something that the host finds important would like the opinions of others. Meetings tend to occur multiple times a week depending on their need, some meetings may be rank restricted to a very select group of members depending on what is being brought up. Though meetings may be hosted almost always, they must be for important related matters as it takes away from the main base population. If anyone is found hosting or using the meeting room for no reason, not only will their Meeting Room badge be removed but they will be demoted to the point they cannot host meetings.
Meeting RulesMeetings will never run properly without rules to ensure maximum efficiency. These rules must be followed by all [CIA] members at all times while in a meeting in the Meeting Room. If you are found breaking these rules you may have your badge removed, be demoted or in serious cases terminated from the [CIA] altogether.

Any [1iC] member may ignore these rules as well as override and take over a meeting as the host whenever they determine it's necessary.

- You must be HR+ to receive the Meeting Room badge and attend meetings unless approved by a Co-Owner+
- You may host a meeting if you are Leadership+ with approval and presence of a Co-Owner+ being your Co-Host
- You must be MoD+ to be the host of a meeting by-yourself.
Host rules/powers:
- The minimum rank you must be to attend a current meeting may be raised by the host and must be respected by all [CIA] members.
- The host of the meeting is the single most person in-charge of the meeting.
- Their may only be a maximum of one host in the meeting.
- Their may be a co-host to assist the host if it's required.
- The (co)host are the only two that may use color chat.
- The host of the meeting starts and ends the meeting.
- The host of the meeting chooses who may speak.

- You must be silent at all times during the meeting unless you are permitted to speak by the host.
- If you wish to speak you must not use ALL CAPS or color chat.
- Only one member is to be speaking in the meeting at a time.
- If you would like to speak wave constantly and wait.
- Show respect to all attending members.
